  • ringo uses the ride

  • Ringo & Ralph Castelli of RAIN play this with the ride symbol and an actual crash cymbal.

  • ringo didnt use a splash

  • Lay off the splash cymbal - it's not going to disappear if you don't hit it every five seconds.

  • very good!!! congratulations!!!

  • do "I Feel Fine"

    you bitch.

  • @Tinc00lb3ans You called him a bitch?

  • this is exacially how i played it in band :) nice job

  • clearest version of any drum cover,

  • Comment removed

  • @XWViewer I heard your version probably needs to grow a little bit more and study more because I realized that not even know what a twist .... watch and learn a little humility would not go amiss ...

  • @cyphus58 what?

  • @cyphus58 yeah but urs sounds like shit too

  • really good.

any tips on memorizing the fills??

  • @max101awsome101I do not know ... listen to the song many times and try it without music while making the transition ... I use this method .... But I think every drummer should bring their own style and then maybe invent fills that still look good with the song .... Thanks

  • te la lifas

  • Those are very skillful hands......

  • what fill did u do?

  • are u using vic firth

  • Woa it sounds just like Ringo's drumming on the song, good job! :D

  • carefull with the time of the song when you do a break. sometimes you run away from the time of the song.

  • ringo didnt have that tiny cymbal when he played this!!!!

  • it seems easy

  • I like how the drum beats are soo deep

  • very good!

  • Even if it's not really like this, i'm crazy of your sound :)

  • Hey:

    Bravo

  • nice cover...i play it totally different...check out our version

  • Can you please like, tell me what set you're using? It sounds very nice.

  • I use a set of 90s. a yamaha custom club with Emperor above and below ambassador

  • how good is paiste iv been thinking bout gettin me the Paiste 2002 Bonham Cymbal Pack also nice drum cover, and when the Beatles came 2 America the 2nd time in NY @ Shea stadium Ringo used his crash, was it just the sound of them (my dad was a drummer in the 60s), coas ur usin ur hats and it sounds diffrent from his ventage crash (dosent sound the same as ur hats)

  • nice the best

  • perfect day to upload this, december 8th, is the day Lennon was killed... very nice tribute!

  • Thanks .... is a Paiste 2002 12 "

  • cool one dude ,i've just got my first kit and this is the track i wanna be able to play...luv it

  • every drummer is different i dont know why all the negative comments we all do our own thing on these vids keep it up man your playing is cool.

  • the beginning is an all snare intro and the rest is on the ride. the only part with hi-hat is the solo

  • Sounds great!!!

  • I love the splash. Your kit sounds great as does your solid playing.

  • Isn't he suppose to be hitting the Ride instead of the Hi-Hat?

  • It is the original keeps the ride

  • No he's just supose to open the hi-hat a little more but not use the ride

  • if you didnt use the splash it would have been PERFECT!

  • This isn't a cover.

  • its a drum cover so it doesnt matter what ringo used and this guy used, this guy used a splash and ringo didnt but its a cover so he can use wot he wants great cover tho so i dont think u should rely comment

  • Really GOOD!

  • Your drums were tuned perfect for that song. except for the fact you used a splash cymbal. great cover.

  • i like the sound of his splash tho it mached the song

  • Ur right about that, i was just kidding around

  • sweet

  • yeah. lol.

  • ill swap my zildjian cymbals for you paiste :d

    love the sound of paiste

  • great cover of an amazing song man loved it :) \m/ \m/

  • Very good but I dont think the Beatles used a splash cymbal

  • ringo never uses splash he use just 1 crash, 1 crash/ride and 1 hihat, no more!

  • i love this song its of my one favorites by the beatles good job!!

  • Whats the brand of the drums?

  • is a old yamaha

  • its an easy song, but you have a talent, keep rocking!!!!

  • great song great cover... nuff said :) 5*

  • Tank you........

  • very nice

  • Tank you

  • Sounds excellent! Great job man!

  • Tank you

  • huh its wrong

  • you played it wrong i have sheet music its diffrent

  • But who said that when you play a song you have to do this and what?

  • well just to let you know at the beggining its ride symbol not hi-hat

  • You feel the beginning and almost the whole song is on the ride.

But the time was that Ringo was the one that I face on the ride or hit hat little change.

Then I put there when the sound of my own I do not want anyone to imitate

  • very cool! Good job! 5*

  • Tank you

  • Hey, may I please have the drum tab to this? Obviously i'm not as good as you, but this sounds really well.

  • you should do it by ear, it helps you improvise alot better. just my opinion, listen to the song about twice and try drumming with it.

  • I already did, I wasnt to compare and see if I missed anything.

  • practice makes perfect! ears is better than tabs! tab is the second option.....don't depend too much on tabs! the more u practice wid ears...the more u'll get use to it and laugh on tabs afterwards! hehehe!

  • I have played it without tab. Only to ear

  • however it would not have to be made a precise and identical piece equal but to be put us of own
