Heres an idea. How about zipper and activision/infinity ward/treyarch work together to bring the best parts of both games together, and the people from socom get a [SOCOM] in front of their name, while the COD players get [COD] on theirs. Individual clan tags (for socom and COD (if COD has tags for clans)) would be visible during gameplay, while the game name (COD, or SOCOM) is visible in the lobby. Ill bet SOCOM's teamwork versus COD's killstreaks, i bet SOCOM wins.

@FabricatedAmerican Honestly, I don't blame Slant Six anymore...You can point the finger at Sony for not giving Slant Six more time and money to build the game properly. I talked to a guy who worked for them, and it sounded like Sony was trying to fit 10 pounds of work in a 5 pound bag, which is typical of a god damn corporation these days. I honestly think the game would have been way better if Slant Six had the tools to work with...It's a better game than S4 is going to be and thats just sad.

I just want to mention we have a few more patches now on confrontation i think the last one was 1.61 or something and the game is actually funtional, we have alot of new maps with the coldfront pack, its half decent is all am saying should give it a try again would like to see what your input is on it. If I were you, I would write their name down and report them immediately. I find it laughable that this kind of thing always happens to a Socom game right before a new release...hmmmmm

Socom 2 was great with all the cheats shooting through walls. It was sooo realistic the way the characters would dive on the ground and bounce right up again. I have been playing since Socom 1 and agree that the gameplay has slowed down but at least I am getting a degree in gaming.

It's been a little over two months since I've bought the ps3 and socom confrontation. I remember how hard it was to get rank in the older socom games. Heck I'll be honest the highest I ever got on socom 3 was Lieutenant colonel and I worked my ass off for it. Sure there were cheaters who ranked up, but it was easy to tell who was legit or not. Nowadays you see little kids running around with the colonel (the bird looking one) ranks with a 1:2 or 1:3 kill ratio? Get the fuck outa here slant six

@skywarpsgamerchannel It should have come with the game on release. I think they were pretty, but the addition of Specialization ruined everything on that game. I think that game is still a beta.

Turban, Im really dissapointed with the new socom...I've been watching ur videos for about 4 months. I thought u were just making fun of the game, nothing else. So I bought the PS3 and confrontation game(used). After playing the game for 2 hrs I realized that socom is done....socom is dead. Probably a 5 yrs old made the game. If that is gonna be future socom then I think we are fucked........

Smart move...This game is everything I feared it would be. Glitchy and missing real Socom features. You saved yourself a lot of money and frustration. Yeah you are right, there are no good fps games for the ps3 I even ended up buying an xbox360 too just for gears of war 2 and halo, and a few other exclusives "that aren't fps" and I have to say that gears of war 2 is 10x better than socom constipation and killzone, no questions asked lol. Sony needs to get there shit together, I have supported them since the playstation1 but idk anymore.

Know what I mean? Like a hacker goes in...changes code and saves it to the the game server so that everyone else can use it.... Hey Turban! You know what is sad about all of this??? Right now, Confrontation might be more like the previous Socom's than Socom 4!!! How pathetic is that? I miss Socom 2 & Combined Assault! Those were the shiz!!! I played those while drinking for 12-20 hours straight! Another thing about SC that sux is the music! S2 & CA had incredible music that pumped me up while drunk! It is missing in SC!
But anyways, yeah, S4 is scaring me even more than SC did! Pray for Zipper to get it right again!

Socom 2 was great with all the cheats shooting through walls. It was sooo realistic the way the characters would dive on the ground and bounce right up again. I have been playing since Socom 1 and agree that the gameplay has slowed down but at least I am getting a degree in gaming.

It's been a little over two months since I've bought the ps3 and socom confrontation. I remember how hard it was to get rank in the older socom games. Heck I'll be honest the highest I ever got on socom 3 was Lieutenant colonel and I worked my ass off for it. Sure there were cheaters who ranked up, but it was easy to tell who was legit or not. Nowadays you see little kids running around with the colonel (the bird looking one) ranks with a 1:2 or 1:3 kill ratio? Get the fuck outa here slant six

So I bought the PS3 and confrontation game(used). After playing the game for 2 hrs I realized that socom is done....socom is dead. Probably a 5 yrs old made the game. Yeah you are right, there are no good fps games for the ps3 I even ended up buying an xbox360 too just for gears of war 2 and halo, and a few other exclusives "that aren't fps" and I have to say that gears of war 2 is 10x better than socom constipation and killzone, no questions asked lol. I play COD, and Killzone... But this game was definitly a huge disapointment for me. I bought a PS3 back in the day for what was promised to be the best multiplayer experience EVER.
