First you are lumping all types of contractors together. The shower incident was handled by private CONSTRUCTION Contractors.

Most of the things you cite had nothing to do with the with the individuals accused in the indictments and are meaningless to the court's decision.

The things I cited have EVERYTHING to do with this!
