I am a sagger lols.... and boys do it to 1)look kool. People associate pants saggin with hip hop and shit (which I dont get) so they sag jus to look kool.
2) because they are wearing skinny jeans and if u have ur pants all the way up it is to tight, so to get a more looser feel/look they sag.
3) no belt. I no it sounds stoopid buh some people actually sag becuz theyy dont wear belts...
