According to the Babylon 5 Wikia, the food is Grout head with a side of K'Wan. I tried to post a link, but I guess I can't. But if you know the B5 Wikia site, just look up Narn (planet) and scroll down to Lifeforms. Problem solved. :)

The animal head most certainly looks porcine. The little crustaceans look like live crawfish or shrimp.

@scaurus G'Kar was fond of eating human food (during The Great War he fed Swedish Meatballs to a Narn captain who's ship had survived the Narn-Centari war), so I assume that it was a pig either from Earth, or descended from pigs from Earth.

@GT500org Actually Gkar like Swedish meatballs because as him and the Captain Put it, they tasted exactly like a food they had on Narn.

As Gkar points out. Every race has their own version of Swedish Meatballs. But it was hard for Narns on B5 to get the stuff from homeworld in order to make it.
