@sjohn265 I can't say for sure because I do not have a bag for this mower. It is definitely a heavy machine and turning around on a steep hill will required some muscle. Release both the drive clutch and blade deck and the machine will stop in place.
I have this mower and it starts right up everyday! I beat the hell out of it with over 10 grass cuts a day. I work on foreclosures, I am always running over cans or bottles, small sticks etc. Other than having to sharpen the blades once a week, this mower can take a beating. I would say it stands up to commercial grade. The cables are a bit weak, but you have to take care and watch when they are going. Easy to replace. Mine came with a huge bag attachment that hangs off the side. Great Machine!
I have a small garden maintenance business in Dublin Ireland. I have 2 of these machines ( electric start versions) they are great on maintained lawns and will give you great service. They are not bullet proof as such if you look after them as I do they are fine. I have removed mulch plug ( due to dampness of Irish grass) and just discharge from side ( with a little clean up of any clumps with blower). Belts are a little pricey and cables can snap but we get through the whole season ( late feb
i have the craftsman professional version wich is pretty much the same only diference is that mine is a keystart i have a small lawn service bussines and i had it for two years has been a very good mower so far cool mower bro.
@ja7i3r After watching the video on your channel, the Sears mower is definitely built by Cub Cadet. Its nearly identical! I'm very VERY happy with this machine. I went into Home Depot last weekend and saw my mower on sale for $300 less! Guess its getting to end of season and they wanted to move them out. Thanks for watching!!
@LawnBoyFanatic Great question. No bag came with the mower. It came with a mulching kit, which was simply a plug for the grass discharge. This keeps the grass under the mower deck so it can be chopped up into finer pieces. I check the Cub Cadet website and I did not see a bag as an accessory. I might comment and say that adding a bag to the side of this already pretty wide mower, might make it a bit unwieldy in tight situations.
lol the side by side is funny---

Is the mower hard to turn on a hill or when the bagger is almost full?
