@ALL: This commands were indeed a GREAT HELP!!!

1st I had to download recovery data (~150MB) then burn it on CD (as I cant find the original DVD)

2nd I started the PC with that software on it, then opened the command prompt (DOS) which it offers as 1 of 6 options (the first 2 did not work)

3rd: I followed your instructions, took seconds only -> then WOW!!!

@flava876 hello ji, please change your boot options to "cd-rom" from the boot menu. You have to press either f8, f12 or delete to get to the boot option menu and then change the boot settings to cdrom.

if you dont have a recovery cd, just restart and go to safeboot. on safeboot, run cmd>hit enter>type bootrec/fixmbr>hit enter or just type in fixboot then hit enter..RESTART YOUR COMPUTER..goodluck
