This is Skillet- Hero. They are my absolute favorite band. :D i've seen them live 4 times. liteswicher and vampire....you both need to listen to more by this band. i'd recommend "forsaken", "comatose", "alien youth" and "invincible" :D

Scratch that comment, I figured it out! I put in the few words you can hear from this promo into yahoo and came up with the song...

It's from a band named Skillet and the song is called Hero off of their album titled Awake.

It's a great song and it's on iTunes!
