  • if my max is 500 how many times could i do 315?

  • @xBiGxKiNGx HAHA, I was going to laugh at you and say yeah right but I watched your vid. You are a fucking strong kid! My buddy pressed 500 raw and he pressed 315x22 so I would say you are around in that area... 20-25.

  • @jlinteris i get that sooo much. people think that theres no way i can bench over 500 if i cant even drive a car without my mom in the seat yet. haha. that 500 video on my profile was actually my 4th single. the other 3 went up alot faster. ive only been 16 for one month and 10 days. i hope to hit in the upper 5s or lower 6s when im 17. louie simmions from westside told me i should come up sometime. i actually have the emails haha. but thatd be cool! ive never tryed to rep 315 before.

  • what does russian barbell twists helpful for? core?

  • @JuSeo91 Yup. Some guys do more of a twist, but I found that being rigid like I did really make the core work that much more difficult. I am really sore today from those.

  • @BRETZERR Thanks, Randy. It will pay off for sure. The calorie count is still low enough where you should stay in great shape. I could have made it much, much more catered to powergain. lol.

  • @jplift Thanks! Unfortunetely though, you are still ahead. You did an easy triple with 405. Sure my endurance for reps are better, but a 430 raw press does not make me triple 405 easy, if at all. I'm coming for ya though!

  • On the incline why do you use such a wide grip? Standard grip is 2inches outside of shoulder width. Maybe that's why you get the shoulder pains? Either way that's a nice PR congrats.

  • @Salamandria23 Thanks, man. Anything closer than this irritates the hell out of my pec injury. Closegrip is what made me tweak it again. I agree though, narrower would be better for incline but it just doesn't work.
