Armageddon is a film is about an asteroid heading for the earth and causing devestation on a massive scale ( end of man-kind ) and a group of normal people who do an ordinary job are sent into space to drill into this asteroid, plant a nuke and get off the asteroid and fly back to earth, Harry (main character) promises his daughter that he will come home back to her, but there is a default with the radio, meaning that they cannot detenate the nuke, so harry has to detenate it, to save the world.
