@kidrauhlfan1 Take the round nose pliers and use them to hold the wire on the section where you want the loop to be, grab the end of the wire that you're going to be wrapping around the base of the feather and pull it around the bottom of the pliers and back up. Should make a nice round loop. Use the tip of the pliers for a small loop and the middle for a large loop.
