  • Honestly, I wouldn't count this for shit. You've got three or four people watching and counting the reps, but doing nothing about the ROM and technique. That's not crossfit.

  • Unreal effort but chest not to ground on the push ups and not achieving full extension at the top. Pull ups chin not over the bar and squats the hip wasn't completely opening at the top so really doesn't count. Still a gun effort for that pace still shown at the final round! Should be able to crack a good 30 with technique practice

  • There is no doubt that this guy pushed himself hard. So, nice work. But I can't let those pullups and pushups slide. I did 15 rds of Cindy yesterday and all my pullups were over the bar. If my chin doesn't clear the bar it doesn't count and I do another one. All my pushups are full range of motion, chest to the deck pushups. I feel as good about my 15 as this guy did about his 32. Speed Vs. Quality... I'll take quality every single time.

  • @MacRising i agree, i did 20 rounds of strict form on both push ups and pull ups and my co crossfitters during the workout ragged on me to make sure i did, could have done 25 plus if i slopped up, but i also feel bettter about myself knowing i did them perfect

  • @MacRising i got 15 aswell. Those squats wouldn't stand at my box let alone the pushups. Hips aren't fully extended at the top of the squats.

  • It's been said before, but the ROM is questionable.

  • dutch! man your killing me... i know this was over 2 years ago but the ROM sucks. what are your numbers on this WOD with good ROM? it seems that about 25-27 rounds would be the max humanly possible... i'm at 21 rnds

  • Hmm... I can do only 16 rounds of Cindy, but given that he is doing half pull-ups, half push-ups and half squats, I am not sure that is that much better than me.

  • good work, some of the pullups are questionable(chin clearing the bar?) it's hard to see exactly from this angle. In other dutch videos, his pull ups need to be higher. Just work on getting a little more chin clearance on the bar, but other than that good work.

    I have a 33 cindy, so i'll start posting some videos instead of just being a random online poster.

  • Nice. you need fuller range of motion on the pushups and pullups though, but otherwise, extremely impressive. nice WOD.

  • It is a kipping pullup, the default pullup for Crossfit. It is better to keep one's mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and resolve all doubt. ~Abraham Lincoln

  • @slyblackdragon Actually it is a butterfly pull up, but not a bad guess. Anyone who thinks it is cheating should try it. The kipping is also good, but this is definitely a butterfly pull up.

  • Everyone who does crossfit(and is in great shape & condition from doing it) is laughing at your stupidity.
