225 x 19.5 reps bench press

the second guy was a good spotter. the first guy id love to kill him brutally. he touched the bar as it was goinmg up that pisses me the fuck off doe.

the second spotter i had is strong as fuck, he benchs more then me probably, he reps 310 for 5 reps, and inclines 225 for 10 reps with ease, he is an awesome spotter though I like it when he is around because he actually listens to me, and knows how to spot, he gave me help when I asked for it, which is what i prefer in a spotter I tell my spotters give me a liftoff and only touch the bar if I say so, otherwise "Don't touch the fucking bar!!!"""  Lol

i watch your spotters more than iwatch you to be honest. ialready know youre strong as hell so i mostly watch you lfiting then the last rep i check out the spotters and see if theyre douches. the first guy totally sucked. the second guy was awesome. he didnt help you until you went back down. im glad the strong guy was a good spotter because icant possible kill that guy haha.
