J8C :: 5'7 dunker :: first Dunks on 10 ft Rim

I am currently 13 years old , with a 20 inch verticle , i am 5.7 . I realised that i could not jump as high i jump in my house when in a basketball court , i had 20 inch in my house and 15inch at a basketball court i wonder wats the problem , anyone can give me some usefull infos?

@rayesoh2 that happens to me alot becuase u feel more comfotable at home then outside the court make sure that u scratch or warm up before u play

@MCPlayer9 Thats good for your age. Your legs will get a lot stronger naturally and with training aswell. Plus your going to get a lot taller. Im 5'8" fully grown. When I was your age I was only like 5ft tall or just under. Work hard and you will be dunking well before you stop growing.

I'm 5'8" and can grab the rim but i can't get to the point where i can actually dunk it. Just the ball rattles around a little bit. Any suggestions on jumping other than those programs? I'm also 18
