Just curious, how are you guys getting that super cool ethereal background texture? I am assuming it is a reverb and delay effect swelled in with a volume pedal, but would love to know the exact method and gear your guitarist used to get it going... this version rules by the way. Kudos!
Is it any wonder that this hymn was Hudson Taylor's most favorite of all. It captures all of the bleesed secret of the Christian life. If there were only one song I was allowed to sing throughout the idle moments of my life this one hymn would be the one. To abide where we have already been placed and there to rest in He who is our rest our transformation our hope of glory. Praise His Name!
I was transported into rest by both sound and visuals. The background vocals and the bridge also stood out for me -- bringing Shelley's gentle voice into relief. All in all, a great team offering from the whole band and production team to our Lord and Lover, Jesus Christ.

A friend posted a link to this song on fb. I had never heard it before which is a terrible shame. Oh, what an encouragement. Thank you so much!
