  • How To do ????? i don't see any lessons ??

  • That was a bit loose for a perfect triangle lol..

I woulda fucked you in the ass if you had me in a triangle that loose..

That shit might work on the ground.. but when you're loose in the air..

    Trololololol.

  • Very nice, look this flying triangle: watch?v=8aBPM60O9oI&feature=related

  • If your going to have *perfect triangle choke* in ur tittle, you should probably do a good fucking triangle choke ... anyone who has to pull on the head does not have the right angle! anyone who fights understands that ... and thats bullshit how ur making it look good and yet u have no videos of u doing it in a real tourney. Your legs we not in the right position and any real fighter could stay in that for a fuckin year and not feel shit! so how about u learn how to do a real choke!!

  • the rest of their techniques for flying submissions are better this one is a little weak there are definitely better triangle techniques you can use the same jump, but the lock needs to be put in more quickly or it isn't likely to be successful. trapping the arm or leg helps in keeping you from getting slammed too

  • Triangulo frouxo da porra

  • you didn't lock in your triangle once

  • unfitting music???

  • jesus. your videos are totally ruined by all this terrible music. you should be ashamed of yourself for putting this crap on here

  • Someone needs to teach them how to properly finish a triangle

  • or has less weight?

  • amazing trick but if someone is faster??

  • lovely

  • did it the other week but i did it out of the clinch... like bones on rampage at the end of the 1st round.... fuck it felt good...

  • where can i find this version of "day n nite"? i love this remix

  • More like a diamond choke..

  • I come here for a tutorial and see and bunch of sloppy shit....

  • haha thats awesome. school fight just jump up and do this

  • If you do this in MMA/on the streets you would get slammed sooo hard :)

  • FLYING BLOW JOBS ! xD

  • id like to see that in competition..... -.- well from one of you that is..

  • I don't know a lot about BJJ but wouldn't this allow him to drop you really hard?

  • @thebsenior no, because ur clinching the back of his neck. instead of drop down when someones hanging onto u, the bodys natrual reaction is to resist, and straighten up

  • is it just me or in the intro does he look like dr. house?

  • not really a how to video, but still nicely done. Only sujestion being to try to lock it in a little bit faster, otherwise in a real match (I know this is practice) your opponant will have a much easier time getting out. Great video!

  • Unconfortable position

Having the dick of who you train with in the face...

  • flying blowjob

  • @MrDrocax AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @MrDrocax rofl

  • this is fucking bullshit dont act like pros

  • i bet these guys in their mind every time were like "Now its my turn Bitch" :)

  • everyone should learn the tepee and bolt lock - good counters for when someone blocks your triangle

  • This music is Garbage

  • I just had to look this up after the flying triangle in the prelims of UFC 129. I still can't believe someone actually pulled this off in the octagon. I suppose it probably helped that the guy had long enough limbs to really pull it off.

  • I don't wanna hate or nothing, but if you do that, won't you probably get slammed into the ground?

  • @BigBaconn yes, it definitely can happen if the guys strong enough or your light enough. However, you can lock up the opponents leg while pulling off the triangle to try and prevent him from picking you up. Also, if you pull off the triangle correctly when locking up (which these guys didn't) the opponent may pass out before he/she can even think of picking you up for a slam.

  • @BigBaconn Any flying technique runs a risk of being slammed.

  • @CrimsonAlexander not if you do it like this watch?v=Bpnfg2LBdeA&feature=channel_video_title

  • superman t-bag

  • Yeah this really isn't explaining how to do shit

  • the guy is good

  • You didnt closed 1 triangle fully (you could hurt your ankle, cuz u doing ankle lock to yourself..)... Low explanation...

    watch my video

    watch?v=u9ffFhzg3Z8

  • every fucking jui jitsu video i check out always has the the lamest songs fuck i have to turn this shit down

  • your traingles are veryy sloppy.

try to make your left leg more of a 90 degrees.

  • could you have picked a gayer song?

  • i will knock you out if you try that on me

  • i can aply the triangle, but i don't jump so i just grab them by one arm and throw them into my guard.

  • None of your videos are how to. You show us what your doing not teaching.

  • please the name of the song know everybody?:))

  • chael sonnen made 22 youtube accounts and disliked this vid on all of them.

  • @a69a59b That was so fucking lame.I don't see Anderson Silva in this video and he didn't get submitted by a flying triangle either .he was not even standing. He was in Silva's guard and beside that making jokes about the dislike bar is a sure way to get beat up kid

  • @TheKrowProductions TOUGH GUYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

  • when ur on the ground and applying the triangle choke and ur opponent is getting ready to slam u, is grabbing the leg effective too?

  • the technique of the triangle is sloppy not once did you secure the ankle behid the knee so and jerk movement and you would loose the triangle but it is a sound submission especially in amateur fights most people panic like WTF was that!! only used it once myself but only at training, got slammed hard!! but still got the tap... IT IS NOT A BEGINER SUB< UNLESS YOU KNOW WHATYOUR DING DONT USE IT..

  • This is totally suicidal.

  • this can kill someone in a street fight

  • i've only done 4 leassons in mma right now, well not really leasons but trying stuff with friends who've done it along time, now in any possible way somone flys with hes legs around my neck, i would stomp him so hard to the ground that he will never EVER try that again,,

    just sayin..

  • @van0sgym if someone did a flying sub on u an knew what they were doing i highly doubt u would be able to do what u just said

  • @thatkidHunter1377 nah, it´s commend sence that u would smash that person as hard as u can, the only reason why a flying sub works is because people are scared of the guy doing it

  • @van0sgym no its not.u would be more in awe an like wtf is going on then slam them an even if u did if they got u in a triangle i wouldnt slam cause its gonna get tigher an your gonna be out before u know it

  • @sk8aperson i am 14 and i do BJJ, (and love it) i agree with what you said and i get really angry when someone abuses (don't know if i can spell abuses but nevermind) thier privilege of learning a martial art but 99% of the time people respect the right to a martial art so don't stereotype teenagers who do martial arts by the "i could kick your arse" type of person.

  • not real impressed with this one wouldn't be so bad if you didnt call it perfect its far from it guys...

  • dude in the blue is like doing it so perfect

  • i got 2 years befor i get my black belt

  • the person wearin black needs to try to get his "bite" closer to if not over the neck

  • im not saying im pro or anything but none of your videos actually teach us how to do w\e ur saying. plus they way you guys do your triangle chokes, someone with basic knowledge can easily s-grip out of it.

  • aaaaaaaaaaa this song is horrible!!!!!

  • Man, am I gonna train this!!!

  • dude in black needs to tighten up the triangle a bit

  • no offense, but in a "PERFECT" triangle, the ankle is locked underneath the knee(both at points of flexion) but I would imagine that is kinda difficult whilst hurling yourself at your opponent...seemingly effective, nonetheless

  • sloppy triangles.

  • @lolitsabush I don't see one that is completely locked in

  • @lolitsabush Very sloppy, triangles like that would get destroyed by 14 year old yellow belts. No movement of the hips, and no leverage. The guy in the black shirt. only blocking 2 arteries.. what happens to the other two? 1:22 is the perfect example of how NOT to do a triangle.. If you did it properly you don't even need to tug on the head and crank. Actually pull his arm across, grab your shin, shift your hips to the left, drop to side, then 90 degress over neck-shoulder and overlock.

  • @lolitsabush please uplaod your videos doing this

  • Well, I would like to see a "perfect flying triangle", finished up with a perfect (closed) triangle. no doubt after a certain skill level, one doesn't need to completely get his ankle behind his knee. But odds are someone with that much skill won't be looking up how to do it on YouTube. So no you got a bunch of kids running around unable to understand why they can't finish a triangle without their ankle hurting.

    -boa-

  • @robby50cal lol

  • @RedRaider8493 So you can do it better than both of these guys, one of which is a black belt. K.

  • awesome..

  • Dang, im ordering a couple ufc stuff.

This would be great to know how to do.

  • Well that was a fucking waste of time because that actually didn't even help.

  • They don't close triangle completely.. which you could do on the ground.

  • man i really need help...please...the hard part is that...which leg goes first

  • @MrSolekidd You have to make like a scissors movement, if you want to pass the left leg, you have to move your right leg first to have enough speed to do the technique

  • @MrSolekidd The leg that goes to the side of the neck goes first. This leg breaks you opponent down giving you the opportunity to lock the triangle (these two guys lock up is really sloppy with too much space left). My advice is to look at other videos that give verbal instructions to the choke here are two really good explainations

    /watch?v=0_ZTBE6zhXA

    /watch?v=Bpnfg2LBdeA

  • @MrSolekidd either leg can go first demonstrated in the video the very first guy does it one way and the next guy does it the other way. the first leg goes up over one of the shoulders and is stretched across to the other shoulder from the back of the neck. then you just shoot the other leg over the ankle of you're other leg and SQUEEZE

  • thank for the steps

  • thats freaky awesome

  • I try to do the flying armbar but i seem scared as if i cant jump that high but i really dont know for some reason my body just wont let me do it lol but i like that move check out my Backyard ufc fights on my profile im ryan

  • i did this in a local cage fight at crack this dudes neck .... he went 2 the hospital but he had a full recovery .... just be careful people

  • the very first mma show i saw live i saw some win by this. my bjj teacher told me he was going to try it and it worked. i have loved bjj ever since.

  • I owe you the deepest respect, I learned how do this move just by watching and ive been trying to learn it for a while. Thank you

    -steve on guam

  • this will never work, doing this to someone is stupid... someone like rampage jackson would turn this into a 10foot high power bomb

  • Does anyone know the name of this song?

  • @gafee2001 Day n' Nite (Crooker's Remix) by Kid Cudi

  • WTF music :-D

  • its ok , but to be perfect should be locked i guess

  • its a speed moovement u dont have time so the way he has it locked is pretty much perfect :)

  • not a proper choke, there locked on there foot, should be there shin. there choke is no were near tight enough, watch how it locks.

  • are you blind? :D

  • i dont see a triangle choke.....

  • a triangle choke is the thing when the guy puts his legs over the guys head, then pushes down...

  • Comment removed

  • i do bjj and ive been at it fro a good year and ahalf and u ppl have no clue what ur saying it dont take 20 or 10 years it takes around 6 or 8.

  • choking his back. nice

  • he;'s squeezng his arteries and stoping blood flow and oxygen to the head

causing a blackout or the person to tap before he blacks out

  • belt system in BJJ is kinda odd, takes 4 months to get out of white belt,

  • 4 months? It takes a year to reach blue belt from a legit school

  • from brazilian jiu-jitsu? my proffessor is Kyron Gracie,,,, His dad Carlos Gracie jr??? i think thats pretty legit,

  • At my school it takes 3 years to get a Black

  • i love jiu jitsu,i hate it when like 14 year olds r like I gotta black belt in brazilian jiu jitsu i could whoop ur ass, no 1st thing takes 20 years to get legit black belt, and why if ur a skilled fighter would u use it to whoop someones ass for no reason, gives jiu jitsu a bad name

  • actually takes around 10 years,

  • my school takes 20 but it doesnt matter time i guess

  • @sk8aperson bj penn got his in 3 years , doubt it takes twenty years cos think of the likes of damian maia & that there young & have a black belt !

  • @sk8aperson In Brazilian/Gracie Jiu-jitsu, you cannot obtain your blue belt until you turn sixteen years old, which is then followed by a purple belt, brown belt, and then a black belt. There is a different belt system for children under sixteen years of age. This even applies to the Gracie family, who begins training their children in this art from the time they are about three or four years old. I think you are thinking of children obtaining black belts in TaeKwonDo in as little as two years.

  • @sk8aperson 20 years? are you a dumbass?

  • @xbox360FTW1000 Yes he is.

  • @effinthebum >:)

  • @sk8aperson wrong . it takes about 6 years to get a LEGIT BLACK BELT . it depends who you train under . an why are you talking shit if your such a skilled fighter ?flying moves are pointless in a street fight cuz your just gonna get dropped on your head .

  • @thatkidHunter1377 that, I dissagree with, anything could happen in a fight, flying techs work so well because it's so freaking suprising to see someone randomly jump out at you like that, you don't have time to think to slam the person because by then your arm is being torqued or you're being choked half to death.

  • @salvationwar have u ever been in a fight?or even train?

  • @thatkidHunter1377 yes and yes, I train at Top Dog Martial Arts Lakeland, FL 33810.

I could count all my fights I've been in on my fingers.

  • @salvationwar just saying cause flying stuff hardly works in a fight outside a cage or ring

  • @thatkidHunter1377 how would you know? to know you' have to fight every single last person on Earth, and besides, have you ever seen someone even use a flying submission in an actual fight? XD

  • @sk8aperson

Well I do ( well did ) Tae kwon do, and im 14.I do say Il whoop someones ass cuz I do have a blackbelt, but the thing is I say it when needed . Most the time its a black guy wanting to fight me for no fking reason, thinking he'll beat me up?Like really man?he deffs look stronger, maybe bigger then me, but man would I be kicking his ass. And yeah. I know what you mean it takes 20 years to get a real black belt .

  • @OfficialJovi You're not a blackbelt in TKD

  • @rangedat

yeah man its sitting in the corner of my drawer hahah

  • @sk8aperson It doesn't take 20 years to get a legit black belt fyi... Gunnar Nelson got his black belt 21 years old from Renzo GRACIE... he started quite early according to you.

  • @sk8aperson haha im 14 and i agree and im 14 haha

  • @sk8aperson

any 14 year old black belt in bjj went to a mcdojo.

  • why coleman, did not slam minotauro,he try,but he was owned by bjj master with triangle and armbar in same time, rampage is slam arona because arona's triangle was not complete, arona go for his leg,for finishing triangle, and then rampage slam him,but you have this minotauro case, when fighter trying slam, and just get in more trouble, triangle with armbar, because, triangle with armbar is indefensible...

  • @valetudofan If you grab the leg of your opponent he can not slam you, the key is to control this leg

  • @fightstardeluxeco Well he could just go limp and basically sit in essence dropping your head on the floor powerbomb style. Nobody would really think of this in the moment, and its illegal in trouneys anyway so good advice :)

  • @valetudofan its risky slamming someone when theyre trying to triangle choke you because if its tight enough slamming him will just get you deeper into the choke and if the guy isnt knocked out, your fucked.

  • Dam dat was sik az hell!!!!

  • jujitsu is fukin awsome

  • not perfect just saying

  • agreed!

  • ye.. not whining or something, but that's not really perfect :P

  • you can get out of this by reversing your stance and then sitting upon his back.

  • flying triangle choke = back of your head gets smashed into the pavement, worst move outside of an MMA fight you could do in real life.

  • Yeah i would definitely count out slamming as a counter. All you have to do is hook the leg and the worst he can do is slam you from about 6 inches off the ground.

  • i'd doo all u faggots if i had a bottle. martial arts are worth shit

  • We really don't care...

  • fukin redneck

  • thanks for sharing :)

  • @fergybox haha martial arts include thai boxing and karate, doubt you would stand a chance against sanyone above blue belt in either

  • damn. you are right. ill just keep a bottle handy everywhere i go and stop wasting my time. :P

  • all these people talking about slamming as a valid counter obviously have no idea what they are talking about.

How many time have you seen some retard get triangled in mma and they try to be rampage jackson just to get tapped.

  • @Arcturistheballer

agreed. this attack leaves your body weight hanging off some hapless bastard , and lowered enough to give gravity a whole new meaning.

Plus, if you look; the arm hooking behind the knee prevents slamming as is. I'd love to see someone have a grown man's weight added to their head in an instant, just, be ok with that and able to lift it up and slam it back down. I'd love to see it.

Slams are situational, and have their place; but this is not it.

  • @chadofdajungle "Slams are situational, and have their place; but this is not it."

This is SOOO TRUE. The only thing a slam does is further sink the choke for the person doing the choke. It's a Desperation move in this position... NOT a Counter!!!

For those that don't understand... Watch the ones at :45 and 1:09. 3 Things. The tri is set BEFORE his back touches, His LHand is ALREADY pulling on the head AND he hooks the leg before he reaches the ground. Textbook. No posture/BLD=No Slam...

  • theres also a step to make sure you dont get powerbombed..

  • It is better to control the right hand

  • should u move the guys right hand out of the way like the guy in the black or does it not matter

  • its easier to set it up then just go for it like this by having wrist control and head control

  • yeah... its an effective move... assuming your opponent lets you down slowly and doesnt slam your sorry ass LMFAO!!! try doing this on RAMPAGE JACKSON lol

  • this isn't ufc or mma mate its BJJ in case u don't know what that means its Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

  • I know what it is, the point is that it can be used to take down an opponent assuming he doesnt pick you and slam you. all these techniques were created to subdue an opponent in a real life scenario, but there is always a counter to every move if you know where to look... the slam happens to be the best counter to a flying triangle... your practicaly setting yourself up. ;)

  • yeah i know in real life if someone were to do that to me i would slam them aswell but in BJJ u can't slam them soo yeah

  • @FrankieMisery Sorry Frank, if a Flying Triangle is done correctly You CAN NOT counter Slam. Watch the One at :45 Notice that he already has the Triangle in, and he hooks the leg(the pre-emtive counter to the Desperation move of a slam) with his righthand Immediately meanwhile already starting to sink the choke with his left hand on the back of the head. By the time his back hits the ground the opponents posture has Crumbled. It's meant to be a Suprise attack. The QJ/RA is how NOT to Triangle.

  • ufc or mma? i think you just mean mma, not ufc. ufc is a league for mma. so is strikeforce, dream, sengoku, and king of the cage

  • @ZidaneDaMan10 no i mean non of them i mean Brazilian jiu jitsu

  • i bet the flying triangle would be eaiser on people that are on the short side and better for the taller guy...

  • They guy in the black looks almost exactly like me. In fact, I found myself straining to remember when someone filmed me practicing flying triangle chokes in a gym that looked like that.

  • intoa a REAL fight this is just masochism...try to image a fist right in the groing when you're jumping

  • You're right, but some people actually just enjoy jiu jitsu as a sport and don't really mess with mma. Of course the flying triangle isn't very useful in mma, but it's surprisingly effective in Bjj tournaments. That's also why jiu jitsu and judo guys train with gis. Of course gi techniques have no use in mma, but that doesn't make them useless.

  • yes it is. boxers dont train nearly as hard as mma fighters, and a boxer wouldn't know how to defend this. even though nobody really does a flying triangle.

  • well there are alot of ppl tht does the flying triangle u just dnt see it n the ufc

  • ROFL at the thought of mma fighters training harder than boxers . .

i train mma . . and i for one can tell you straight that boxers are some of the best athletes in the world

  • yeah i understand that, its true boxers are, however in mma there is more to focus on. not saying that a boxer wont train as hard, cause that depends on the individual. but overall, mma requires a bit more mentally i would think.
