I am absolutely amazed, this is like Tai Chi on steroids lol. I teach Tai Chi and every movement originates from the core, this is what gives Tai Chi it's grace and power at the same time. I always thought of dance and martial arts as being brother and sister and now this proves it, with out a doubt. I will be ordering your dvd's for sure. Thank you so much for producing such a fine quality, detail orientated instructional dvds.

It is important to remember that this work developed to support the making of Martha Graham's dances. One can see it as much as the development of a language in dance with the structured technique as an off-shoot of that 50 year process . The result is a highly articulate, powerful instrument with a very broad range of movement. A brilliant result but never an easy journey. Phyllis Gutelius
