Yes singlefoot and rack are both forms of tolt. However some people's idea of a rack is what I believe you would call flying pace.

@MajiksGurl224 Yeah he's a little strung out because of slippery asphalt. Not many shows around here. I think my friend A. D. who owns this horse would think wearing a suit to ride a horse is the craziest thing he ever heard of !!!

This is by far NOT YoYo's top speed, he's on slick pavement for crying out loud. (LOL! see nvhorseman's comment above)
