How to End Baseboard Trim on a Wall Video

This is the best video on baseboard return cuts I have seen. I cut the the baseboard and chair rail returns I needed on the first try. I've struggled with these for years and tried to have my father in law teach me how to do them more than once but was never able to.  Most of the videos skip a step in explaining how to do it. Thanks!

Easiest to follow explanation of a self-return that I've seen. I have attempted to explain that, to many, even shown them ... have them do one ... and still they couldn't quite get it. I believe that if they watched this video, one time, they'd have it down.
