i have chihuahua and friends and im waiting for my house to change its in remodeling now but it was already in my interior decorators for 5,000, but idk if i have the american,european, or japanese version cuz i look at lists and all the unlockable items it will say for chihuahua and friends will be diff but i DONT have bestfriends, and the list WONT be best friends

When my brother and I got the house (i got seaside) my bro got (desktop) and we waited a day. We got the house yesterday and waited a day and we were waiting and in the evening it did not work.....why??
