I got it in a Russian song book, it was arranged by Sazanov for 7 string guitar, and i think transcribed to 6 string.

The setting of this song is a girl trying to decide which guy to choose for marriage. She has set a date to meet both at the same time to inform them of her decision. Both are waiting for her under the Rowan Tree. The songs proceeds with her walking to meet them, and asking the Rowan Tree for advice on whom to choose. (Sorry, my family apparently could remember only 2 verses... but enough to get the idea :D).
