  • Blast away baby!!! Nice work. Thrusters are probably the most legit workout you can do.

    The yellow plates that i know of is always 33 pounds.

  • 25lbs yellow bumpers are common in North America, lots of CF gyms have them in fact.

  • LOL no I meant that the "Fran" with 135# instead of 95# thrusters sucks the worst. Both of these athletes are incredible. My PR is 6:12 chest-to-bar with the standard men's weight.
