you don't need a balloon, just wait on the boxes until he walks at the edge. then jump up when he's facing the other way. finally just follow him until you can jump on the couch and go to the LEFT!!! there is a guard on the right

After, the guy go the other way, jump on the computer and count to 5 and jump far and high! Don't count to 5 fast or too slow.

You kinda have to experiment with it.
