Its not players and coaches jobs to be mentors to kids on the field your playing and coaching to win, you should be motivators of fthe field not on. I also dont get why our country has become so pussified over swearing. There is nothing wrong with the way a Tony Dungy or Lovie Smith coaches, you have to coach to your personality.
