Hahaha. It pleases me to know that this is my *favorite* anime and it is also considered to be the no. 1 anime of all time. Really, that makes perfect sense, because Cowboy Bebop is a very good example/representation of what *all* anime tries and offers us, it had genuine intrigue, sexy characters, comedy, tragedy, and overall high quality of story and characters. If someone asked me to recommend an anime that summed them all up, I would recommend Cowboy Bebop.

@romston I hope they will make a live action movie too, which I can't believe I'm saying because it seems like they have a tendency to butcher the casting when it comes to live action movies based on anime and video games. I think if they do a live action American CB film, they should make sure to get people who look *perfectly* like the characters, and should leave in the show's Japanese charm instead of trying to "americanize" the story.
@KillerKrieg I usually don't ride the bandwagon but it's true, this anime is legendary. What really make's it is the style and depth of the character's that you don't even get to fully delve into. So much is said with so little words that you know character's are still keeping part's of their stories to themselves, it adds unpredictability to them.

@toxicitzi Cowboy Bebop is one of the best anime shows out there. I HATE dubbing, and much prefer subtitles, but the English version of Bebop is exceptionally good.

Cowboy Bebop is just such a stylish, sexy, and badass anime it's like James Bond if he was a bounty hunter in Space lol. It's just one of those animes you don't have to be an anime fan to enjoy.

Cowboy Bebop was a pretty complete piece of entertainment in that the story was good the setting was awesome and the characters really had enough depth to be worthy of being the backbone of the show. Of course when you have great characters you then also have interesting interaction between them adding to the show. I guess I am just spoiled and want everything to be like it
@taipan185 I like Wolf's Rain, Samurai Champloo, Full Metal Alchemist, and Ghost in the shell. I think people just have a liking towards different styles more than others, but I like them all about as much as Cowboy Bebop.
@TuggieGameReviews Oh for sure I totally agree it's just that now and then something comes along that really grabs you. I felt the same way with Firefly and no the similarlity with Cowboy bebop isn't lost on me :). I didn't mind Ghost in the shell that was a great peice of anime.
