Have a look at any of your local fly-fishing shops. You get them in different grades, dry fly capes/saddles being the most expensive.

When starting out, have a look at the more inexpensive ones, they will be around $15. You can also do a Google search for on-line shops in your country.

@nachodeathstar if you know anyone that hunts, you can get alot. my freind hunts and he brings me back all sorts of feathers. he doesnt charge me for it because i give him a couple flies every time we go fishing. i live on Long Island and im only 13 so im sure you can find some especially if you live in a pretty rural are-unlike long island.
