She said that she believes that he was on the phone with the psycic because the phone records prove it to be so....so she doesnt question the accuracy of that. HOWEVER, her little killer of a daughters phone records PROVE that she never spoke to a zenieda EVER and all those phone calls she claimed she had NEVER took place. can you even imagine what her antics are gonna be on the stand? I can picture her acting like this and it wont bare well with the jury, also she has to be HONEST or she will be indicted for lying under oath. I think she will try to act above the court and not answer the questions on the stand....i think there will be alot of pleading the 5th. If she tells the truth it obviously wont look good for casey the baby killer anthony.

The phone records between Dominic and the psychic DO NOT coincide! The psychic has never provided records to confirm they were on the phone discussing the case.
And how is it that Cindy claims has knowledge of the phone records of all the parties?? I highly doubt the investigators allowed Cindy a quick peek before entering them into evidence!!

You're damn right Cuddley. Cindy is a creep and that's IRRELEVANT to the fact that this defamation case is a fraud. And there is no excuse for asking +90% idiotic questions. As I said in a general post, remember folks these lawyers would do this to YOU just as happily if = TV time. And you would EITHER not have a lawyer or you would be paying as much as you paid for your car to prepare and defend in this type of case. I'm a lawyer who says we are being scammed by lawyers in this country.

I think Cindy needs a fix at this point. She started out with the restless jaw, chewing her gum to cover it up, must be on coke or meth. Well I don't know about all of that but they shouldn't have given her a second chance and held her in contempt of court anyway. Then they could have started all over again. She wouldn't have liked that very much. Just answer the questions and get it over with. Most of the time they just want yes or no answers and she just goes on and on and on unless she doesn't want to ask the question.
