You know what's weird? Every summer since 2009, two wild turkeys will show up in my neighborhood in only one day...do you think that turkey is the same as the one in this video with the other two in my neighborhood?!!!!!
Did you know there's a population of 14,000 coyotes in the city of Chicago? No joke.
I wouldn't have moved the turkey, though. You can take the bird out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the bird. How do you know it'll survive out in the woods if it's accustomed to eating what it finds in the streets? Or, well, really I assume "Brookline" is a wooded/not-so-much city environment. If it isn't, then just ignore me. :3
How in the world could anyone not notice a wild turkey in the middle of a city? I live out in the middle of the woods, and it's still impossible to not notice them. They are pretty awesome, aren't they?
Wicked awesome guys. Congratualations on a most successful Turkey Herding. I think you deserve a medal or trophy or somethin'...Here, have my Red Sox cap!
When I first saw this I thought "Are they gonna kill it?" :P. Turkeys are cool. We have pheasants over here, not so much in the way of turkeys, but they're similar lol.
Screw Odysseus, he beats Shakespeare, Goethe, Dante and even J.K. Rowling! Actually, I take that back, nobody beats J.K. Rowling. Nor Eoin Colfer or Anthony Horowitz. Nonetheless, he'll still be one popular turket, and hit it off with the ladies for sure :P.
Wow! That turkey met Ryan Murphy! I bet he's gonna go home to all his little turkey friends and gobble about meeting Ryan Murphy and how good he smelled, and they're gonna be all like 'all hail Mr Turkeybuns! ('cos that's his name) and he's gonna be the king of all turkeys! And there'll be dancing, and singing... or he could get eaten by a fox... either way, he met Ryan Murphy! What a lucky young fellow.
So you ran out in the middle of a street and followed a bird around the city with a camera trying to chase it back into the woods? Yeah, that seems like a regular day to you, Ryan.
What about the horseman? Poor turkey :( We need to fight for more turkey rights and safety, they are surely discriminated in the wild when they move to towns.
Even if he didn't belong in the woods, i think he will have a splendid time in there. He will farage for ripened berrys whilst fending away leopards and crazed horsemen.
Aww, how sweet of you guys to get it back into its habitat..or something that resembled it. X-D
I'm going to be looking forward to your next 'nature' vid to determine, once and for all, if nature really hates Ryan Murphy. (First the bird attack, then the ancle...maybe you'll get eaten next time?)
Why did the Turkey Cross the street? Because there was Deranged Fat guy with no shoes chasing it! (No harm meant.)
