In the states we have contra-mestre Perere, and a bunch of sub-groups in the Midwest. never met Axe but mestre No has visited a couple times, before his visa was denied.

Exactly.
Sure, Capoeira Angola Palmares is lead by Mestre No and Mestre Axe is his student, teaching in the UK. However, the title is misleading. I hope it gets renamed.
