SMG are good in close range, Assault middle-long range. That's balancing the weapons, they have made it pretty balance exept the Type95. And seriously? Bringing back noobtubes? You only take hitmarkers with noobtube... That's perfect. Ballistic vest... That's a killstreak, not a perk, it's not like a juggernaut perk of WAW or something.
