Pastor Mike did nothing wrong. He may have mis-represented the truth a little but the words of this song are still powerful even today. Like my boyfriend loves porn and we have sex all the time but as the words of this song say 'nothing is impossible'. I know that if Pastor Mike was our pastor he would not condemn us. Praise Jesus. He would probably even join us!. Sex is nothing to be ashamed off. And as pastor Mike says - we need to embrace it as a part of life.

God's Word says that He heals ALL our diseases & sicknesses. The addiction that Mike Guglielmucci is/was dealing with is a disease of the mind. This song could still have been a cry for healing from Father God, only for a different type of healing than everyone assumed. He was asking for healing of a mental disease. bottom line is that if Christ while ON THE CROSS forgave the men who stripped and tortured Him, how can we not also forgive this man if Christ lives within us?

It's not who wrote the song but who the song is about. Michael may have lied and failed about his health, etc., but the fact still remains in the Character of Jesus and not any man. It's not Billy Graham, James Dobson, T.D. Jakes or many others who live, have lived and failed as any of us do, but it's Jesus the author and finisher of our faith that we must keep our eyes on. I don't understand how people can continue to enjoy this song when it was written by a con artist! Doesn't CHARACTER count for anything these days?!!!! If you promote and condone people like Michael Guglielmucci by singing the song he wrote, it says something about YOUR CHARACTER!!! Where do you draw the line? What about Hitler? Stalin? Well, I guess you 'accepting' them is a start! May the Holy Spirit turn your heart to the Absolute Truth in the Bible. Not sure where your backing is that the Word is a fairy tale. It was written by credible people, inspired and lead by the Holy Spirit, who either walked with directly with God and Jesus, or were with those they wrote about. Most culture beliefs that are widely known started from truths (i.e. santa claus - st. nick), as is the Bible. It stemmed from God of creation. God Bless!

I disagree, based on the Spirt-breathed truth in the Bible. When I reflect on your words, you said a 'lost mans mind.' As in, you feel those who live by faith are 'lost,' correct? Lost from what? The truth? Christians believe that the truth is in Jesus, just as you believe the truth isn't. So, it's a difference of what the truth really is. So many signs, even scientific proofs, point to a Creator and intelligent design.

I am sorry for your disbelief and will be praying for you, thanks.

Judgements like that should be banned too. That's not the love of Christ. Although I disagree with some of their teachings and actions (alleged, not proven), I;m sure there are some sheep in that flock with pure hearts that want to serve the living God of the Bible.

Mike was never part of a Hillsong Congregation.... He was a guest on one of their ablums.

He was a youth pastor for a period of time at a church in melbourne. Became affiliated with Planetshakers

Mike wrote this song. and regardless of his false testimony i found his ministry to be impacting and this song is def God breathed.

I love this song. The words are so important for us to listen to and absorb. I believe even in the midst of the whole creation of this song, God's hand was in it... to convict and set each person, including Mike G. free. Thank you for singing it and meaning it with all your heart. It's going to be a long road, but well worth it when you surrender it all to God and walk with Him. Beautiful song and so true. Nothing is impossible for God!
