Watery Atlena allows Glendaal to jump just a LITTLE lighter than he would on dry ground.
Still, have you ever tried simply jumping over these spikes from a certain direction? My memory could be failing here, but I seem to recall once jumping a row in this room from the ground facing a particular direction. I might have been dreaming though....
