My male GSD LOVES to do this. If there's water around, he'll try to get in on the 'fun'. From jumping in front of the water hose to barking at us in the pool to get splashed. XD The female not so much. She's more interested in getting attention than playing with the water lol.

My GSD x Collie, just loved doing this. He would pounce on the water and then try to catch it in his mouth. He got really sulky if we used the hose without including his play.

This is normal doggy behaviour, and is very common in GSDs, it must be genetic. Most dogs that dont like water would soon head for the hills.

I have two male GSDs, both love the water. They both go swimming everyday in the backyard swimming pool. When its bath time, both want to be first. When I get out the hose, one loves getting squirted, just like this video, and O by the way, after doing this for over 5 years, no problems. The other, he runs and hides, go figure

The stream seemed a little strong for me, and you need to be careful about getting water with that much pressure behind it in their ears, but the dog seemed to love it and ran back with it's tail wagging after given a break for a few seconds :-)

Cute but be careful and make sure water doesnt get in to the dogs ears. If it does, they quite easily gets ear inefctions and could even die from it, if not treated properly. Make sure water doesnt go in to the ears no matter what games you play
