There is another guy, whose name escapes me, who is the owner of Up Front Works, the overall agency of Hello! Project. I read taht he makes major personnel decisions, like who gets fired and who goes solo. I doubt that he would get involved in who is the leader, though.

Then in March, she was caught smoking again and involved with a married man.
np! ^^ | She was suspended was a warning (because the smoking problem progressed) then it happened again plus finding out she was dating a 37 year old man too which led to her removal. I think she's a good person though, she was young (17) so she still had things ahead of her. I was part of the the makings of the "Ai no Imi wo Oshiete" MV. You don't know how much fun thee have while working lol.
