Did Ligabue ever make any commercial recordings besides her three (!) commercial recordings of Alice in FALSTAFF? (She was Alice on the complete Solti and Bernstein recordings, as well as the highlights disc Corena made as compensation for not getting the part in Solti's set.) Probably not exactly an Aida voice, but a wonderful vocal actress -- it's hard not to think of her voice when recalling any of Alice's music.

Her tremolo is bothersome, but it is great to hear Corelli at this age. Very interesting.
