But you have to take into account that one of the major differences between Darfur and the US is that the US does not commit these atrocities in the streets of their own country. Because the US is a superpower they are discreet about it and they have a good enough control of the media, therefore evidence is lacking if you want to convict the american government for crimes against humanity. But in a country darfur, where the crime is so blatant, obviously its going to be easier to convict Bashir

They inevitably will be because its usually dictators who are indicted and they never want to give up their power. The reason the court has not indicted the USA heirachy is because they and Israel are Western countries which means their courts are functional. That is the key difference. Western Judicial systems are more independent and functional than those of the 3rd world. Read a book sometime moron
