  • I just wanted to say that I'm SO glad that you're doing the workout along with us, rather than just showing us how to do it. I'm glad you do it the whole time too, so that I didn't have to buy a stop watch, and could just start and stop when you did. Thanks so much for posting these!

I have a flabby belly, flabby innerlegs, my upperback is kind of flabby and my backs of my arms..It makes me so self conscious. I started your work out program this week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!   • at 14 how many of these should i be doing? im 120 pounds im doing 110 a day along with other things but everything i do 100 of like pushups (rest after every 20) reverse crunches, knee ups, high knees, i think thats it. i usually do more before i got to bed 2 only like 30 of each of those though.

  • Hi.... Yes, I think it would be good. Try it for a couple of months 3-4 times per week and let me know how it goes. Let me know your results. If you don't get the results you want... let me know and I'll help you design something that will work.

  • Yes, 3 minutes can be enough if you make the weights that you use challenging enough. You can also add another round to make it more intense.
