Turned out the source was a conspiracy webzine BoilingFrog that based it's report on a freaking youtube vid of two guy talking about US troops, no corroborative evidence at all. For instance, diplomatic correspondence, Governments simply cannot read another's mail for obvious reasons. Crimes should not be concealed by secrecy, that is true but I also believe that secrecy should not be confused with privacy to which everyone has a right, even those in governments.
