I am 2nd prestige 52, i have the mw2 title snd the UMP45 gold cross, both of which are earned through prestige. And my best frient is 10th prestige 42 (hacks) and he has gold "prestige 10" title wich I would rather earn than the crappy "commander" title

There is a point. When you enter second prestige, of course you're reset, but you get an extra class and rapid fire attachment on weapons.
