The body is animated with deformers, tentacles have hair dynamics, so they react to the overall movement.

Absolutely beautiful. But I agree about slowing it down a bit. They move a lot more lazily.
Otherwise this is really well done.

morphing and the material was good but they are moving too fast, slow it down and add a music to it. It will be much better
