  • Aunty i have made aloo gobi, navrattan korma, pakora, paneer butter masala frm your website all of them have come out v well....i am looking fwd to some more great recipes from you ...you are the queen of veg indain cooking.....u r like a mother to us in this foriegn land

  • Won't the bread absorb too much of oil?

    A good recipe though..

  • Try it you will be surprise bread will not soak the oil.

  • Of course, the batter makes a crust righta away and the inside will just cook from the heat of the surrounding oil. What I wonder is, isn't the bread too dry, if you think pakoras are usually made with veggies or panir, that have some moisture?

  • thaks ur recipes are awesome. can u give recipes of stuffed bread pakoras.

  • Hi Manjula. As usual it looks like you've got another winner with this recipe. I only wish you lived next door. By the way, are you single? If not, do you have a sister that can cook like you do? Just kidding, but I really do love your recipes. Keep them coming...
