b) rotating with his arm stationary into the contact point

or c) combining both the body rotation and the swinging of his arm into contact?

Choosing a forehand of a pro has to be based on the style of play you want to take on. Aggressive, precision, consistency, spin, etc. Choose your style of play then i'll tell ya which pro to copy.
