Underrated? Celtic Frost/Hellhammer is often used in the same sentence with Venom, Mayhem and Bathory as the early innovators of Black Metal. Songs like "Circle of the Tyrants" or "Buried and Forgotten" are legendary. They became something like trash, but you shouldn't forget what they were: Probably one of the biggest influences to all Black- and Death Metal bands of all the times.

btw: Hellhammer's "Triumph of Death" (1984) is even today one of the most insane songs of all the times
