@JacksonT013 There's something moderately soothing about creepy instrumentals. My g/f hates it though, tip, unless you have some gothic, punk, emo g/f, creepy music does not set ANY mood. Seriously though, Nox Arcana was one of the few instrumental groups out there cool enough to allow me to do what I wanted with their music, as long as I put their name somewhere.

@IJustSaidWow Oh noes! Someone saw the final product of the Angel. Honestly, I haven't done a tutorial to complete it yet, mostly because I was ashamed with the final result. There have been quite a few people asking me to complete it - and "magical effect" tutorials are few and far between. So I guess I should do one soon. The background I did similar to my "Fantasy Background Tutorial" you can find that on my channel. It's not as popular as my others - probably because its long winded.

@filipinofear13 Look on the right side - at the Layers Pane. You can drag and drop the layers and position them how you want them. Think of layers as a stack of transparent cards, the wings would be in the back, and the person would be in the front. Experimenting with layers can be helpful - just play around with it - im sure it will look great!

@DKdabura Every now and again the important reason for Photo-shop is to make things look realistic. However this is not the point of the overall photo - the next video will feature "effects." Go to my blog: Artist of Apathy and go to the dates: 2009 / October - Click on Revised. You will see the near finish product there. The reason the video has been delayed - like all artist - I'm growing and learning - I think I can do a better final product.

@blindtarget06 Thanks for taking an interest! First you need to make sure you completely outline your target with a selection. You can get the selection by using the magic wand, etc (I use the pen tool and then convert it into a selection). After that you need to switch your cursor to the arrow. From there you should now be able to drag the selected object and drop it into a new document. The important thing to remember is, the entire object must be completely outlined.

I've had a lot of people ask me for those wings. I google searched "wings, goose, birds, bird wings" etc. I would try Bing also - they have a good image search. You may also want to check out the "Wings" tutorial on my channel to see how to make those wings. Hope that helps!

@dadetheleadguitar If you want to intentionally blur the wings? Go to "Filter > Blur >" and then you can select any blur - but Gaussian blur works nicely. Hope that helps!
