jesse bongfeldt is freaking awsome he trained my causin at cmc here in lethbridge a few years ago. i cant wait till he makes his ufc debut at 124, should make for a good fight. LETHBRIDGE RULES!

nice win for bongfeldt, but he was getting bested in every aspect of that fight up until catching grant. grant will win by a large margin in a rematch.
