He's right about the postal service, but unfortunately it is enumerated in the Constitution and therefor is a service that must be provided by the federal government.

Also, "yes" is not a vallid answere to the question I asked, which you did not answere. I've ordered plenty of things off Ebay, and it all came by Fed Ex or UPS.

@monokhem Not really a part of this convo, but I've ordered DVDs CD's and even a video game or two off Ebay, and got them shipped through the US postal service. Not all vendors offer it, but if they do, it takes about 3-5 days, and it's dirt cheap. Compare that to like 19 dollar overnight from UPS, and you see that having a shred of patience kind of helps.
