Folks, everyone needs to know - The Federal Government is obligated to Protect the Spiritual Rights here. The Organic movement is grounded in Healing the Earth. No matter what , these people have been Humiliated for Spiritual Beliefs. Their Food was considered Sacred - the Growers are Respected, and they also an important Spiritual perspective. There are other ways to conduct the rights, wrongs, and permits etc. between these people and the state.

With the FDA approving GMO food (proven to cause tumors in many studies globally), harmful herbicides and pesticides (Monsanto's Round-up is actually the deadly Agent Orange used in Vietnam), & trying to outlaw organic farming by the Monsanto lobbyists (now heading major FDA positions under Obama), this raw milk "crime" is clearly an attack with illogical & unjust motivations-especially when RM has been consumed for centuries and is so much less harmful to the body than the aforementioned.

@temsi- your rply proves I was spot on. Raw milk can ONLY be processed by humans in raw form which pasteurizing destroys. And the "harmful" milk bacteria is in NO WAY as dangerous or prevalent as the food dyes, toxins, additives, & carcinogens approved by your precious FDA every day which have been linked to cancers, liver damage, and the list goes on. Raw milk is the least of our worries. FDA gives children access to cigarettes & synthetic drugs but raw milk is illegal? Where is your logic?

yeah there are a lot of farmer's markets, I think this sounds like a case of bad business models. Raw food is legal.
