  • Hey Kid, BE WARY .. DO NOT allow Drug Cheats to influence you. There is no free lunch. stay clean...

  • i started out only being able to do two reps and that was last year around feburary

  • do you count the bar with the weight?

i do so when i tell my max but i'm never sure if you should?

  • @TimeDefeater yes, count the bar, after all u are pushing or pulling the bar as well as the weights.

  • never has one video made me feel so bad about myself

  • never has one video made me feel so bad about myself

  • i really would love to come to this place and try out defranco's training for myself because i need bigger challenges in my weight lifting. i really just want to try all the intense stuff defranco has in store

  • normally thats not that impressive. But for a kid his size and from where he used to be by only benching 135 for one rep, thats really good. Keep up the great work. Anyone know what his max bench press is by any chance???

  • impressive as hell.

  • You need to stop breathing.

  • this was almost 5 months ago does anyone have an idea of what this kid 1 rep max and this 135lb rep test is?

  • to be honest, i can't even do that.

well yeah, bench is my weakest but still, that's damn impressive

  • lol u need to keep working out then

  • shit aint impressive unless if he can squat at least 300

  • he squats 305....

  • SLEEP NOW IN THE FIRE!!! RAGE. nice job bro

  • yea i didnt think it was him .. get more videos of this kid great work

  • nope this is not the kid from defrancos movie. the kid benching is a multiple time national medalist and state champion

  • at what?

  • this isnt the kid in the strong video right..i would think this kid is a lot better then the kid who is in it

  • he a wrestler... they are supposed to maintain the lowest possible weight while maintaing their maxium strength

  • it's not a workout. they are testing how many reps at 135lbs. he can do.

  • never criticize joe defranco in the feild of strength...ever

  • Awesome job spotting!

  • He is going to be a major beast.

  • That's impressive, but it seems like he's hitting the bar off his chest which is not bad (maybe not with 135, but when he moves up to 200+)..

  • this guy is in 8th grade? whats his weight? very nice

  • Man I wish I had a trainer like this that could get that much improvement in a year...I benched 135 5 times last October, this year I can only get it 15-16 times.

  • Nice work, but I think he could have done more if he would have firmly planted his feet in the groun instead of wiggling around. Just my .02 Amazing work Mr. DeFranco and Nick!

  • in a ZONE!!! POW!!!

  • Excellent. Elbows nice and tight too. You'll go far with DF as your trainer!

  • Congratulation!

Excellent performance and excellent trainer. Thanks to DeFranco to share his experience on the Net. His videos helped me a lot.

  • well hes a growing kid, he will progress as he gos along,he did 135 for 19, so im guessing his bench is around 230

  • nice work! props on the hard work.

  • Congrats!

Personal Reflection:I wish I was still a teenager...going from 1RM to a 19RM sure was fun...what I would give to go from my current turn my current 1RM to a 19RM (385 x 19 would be pretty close to Ryan Kennelley (sp?)!!!)

  • Congrats!

  • nice dude!! kill it!

  • what does he weigh now? kids gonna be a beast of a wrestler!!!

  • Is this the same guy that barely got 135 almost a year ago? That's an amazing improvement.
