I want to make a base but i don't use coroplast because all of the coroplast in my city cracks I guess it is not very good quality and I can order any off the internet. is there a hard material I can use that may substitute coroplast I just use two pee pads and a shower cutain and piggies I want arelitter trained

I wanted to make a base like yours but i couldn't because my rabbit needs a higher cage so i needed the grids. I used milk crates instead. I thought it was a pretty good alternative but i really like the way yours look better.

@awkwardfuntimes - Well, the bedding doesnt absorb the smell and it starts to turn brown and yellow wherever they pee or poop. But there is a recycled paper bedding called Eco bedding in the US. I've used it on my hamster and it's pretty good with absorbing. Not smelly, but all the poop and food falls to the bottom.

Have you ever used Oxbow Guinea Pig food, I heard that it was very good for small pets. I bought it a couple times for my two rats I have alongside my hamsters. they didn't seem to like it, but still my rats are really for the fatty foods like KAYTEE. My hamsters, on the other end, never seem to complain, they just eat anything that's in their bowl. Some times I make them little salads (thougt I'd just mention that)...
