Hit the string with the side of your thumb straight after picking it with the edge of your pick. Dig in as well. I know i sound like a fanboy sometimes but check out Metal Lead Guitar Volume 1 for a great explanation.

As for licklibrary, I love your vids as you explain it in a straightforward and simple way. Just still waiting for that BFMV vid!!!

Uh...this is a LICK LIBRARY video. They ARE NOT going to give you the tabs when their WHOLE BUSINESS is to sell videos that teach you how to play. The tabs don't even come with the videos (licensing issues). There is this site called GOOGLE though where you can find pretty much EVERY tab you want.
